I am Geeta Malhotra — a senior advisor and architect of operating-model–led transformation.

For more than 25 years, I have worked with global enterprises navigating complexity — where growth, cost pressure, digital change, or regulation require organisations to rethink how decisions flow across people, processes, and technology. My work sits at the intersection of Finance, Global Business Services, enterprise operating models, and AI — linking execution directly to cash outcomes, governance strength, and sustainable enterprise value.

My perspective has been shaped through transformation leadership across multinational enterprises and advisory environments — partnering with executive teams to design operating models that make ownership explicit, governance practical, and transformation measurable.

Continuous learning is a core part of how I evolve my advisory approach. Executive education in AI strategy at Oxford and sustainability at Cambridge strengthened how I help organisations integrate emerging technologies responsibly — aligning innovation with governance, risk management, and long-term enterprise impact. My research has explored AI-enabled working-capital models and carbon-accounting transformation within complex global environments.
