4. Use of Surveys, Diagnostics, and TrustFrame Tools

Surveys, diagnostics, and TrustFrame materials are designed to:

  • support reflection and structured thinking
  • surface assumptions, risks, and uncertainties
  • improve the quality of internal decision processes

They are not predictive systems, guarantees of outcomes, or substitutes for due diligence.

You agree not to:

  • treat outputs as definitive recommendations
  • represent outputs as third-party endorsements
  • use them as sole justification for commercial or investment decisions

5. Events, Sessions, and Peer Discussions

Participation in events, roundtables, workshops, or peer sessions is subject to:

  • respectful and professional conduct
  • non-disruptive participation

We reserve the right to remove participants who breach these principles, without refund where applicable.

6. Confidentiality and Chatham House–Style Sharing

  • written materials, visuals, and event content

is owned by or licensed to BPC.

You may:

  • use materials internally for your own decision-making

You may not:

  • reproduce, resell, publish, or distribute materials externally
  • use materials to create competing services
    without prior written permission.

8. User-Provided Content

By submitting information, survey responses, or contributions, you grant BPC a non-exclusive right to:

  • analyse and synthesise inputs
  • use anonymised or aggregated insights for research, learning, and service improvement

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Fees, Registration, and Access

Some Services require payment or registration.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • fees are non-refundable
