
I have been working within FMCG and Agri Tech businesses all of my career, with 15+ years in global senior roles in both IT and more recently Supply Chain. My leadership style is inclusive & empowering, whilst also directive in its style. I have a pride driven approach to life that feeds into my core value of enabling everyday positive change. With a people-centric approach to life and work, it is key to me that we understand and respect the differences that we all bring to the table. Ensuring that, as we do our daily work and make changes that are essential to grow and improve, we play to these diverse differences to collectively succeed.Within both my leadership style and people-centric approach, my core skill is influencing and driving change at all levels of the business. This can be seen throughout my career where I have led many new and different ways of working across our people, process and systems, be this at Strategic, Tactical and Operational level.I have a passion for continuous improvement. During my time within the IT function, this was the key focus for my everyday, always looking to use systems, technology and data to help support business improvement. I moved to my current role as Head of Performance for Supply Chain & Manufacturing to expand the scale and scope of where I can help to drive improvement and deliver operational excellence.Bringing both of these together, I see a great opportunity in how technology and the world of digital transformation can help lead to a more secure, efficient and insightful operation, whilst maintaining a focus on our people as they remain key to our success.
