Having started my career in an engineering environment and with over 20 year’s procurement experience, I have developed an excellent technical procurement base while working in a number of engineering and manufacturing organisations where my primary role was to increase the effectiveness and profile of the procurement function before moving to consulting.My significant experience in the procurement field with specific reference to LCC (Low-cost-country) Sourcing, Maturity Assessments, Spend Analysis and Process Re-engineering has helped me deliver value to clients through implementing effective Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Performance Management and Global Sourcing initiatives. Commodities sourced on behalf of clients include: MRO (Mechanical and Electrical), Marketing & Promotions Materials, Building and Construction Materials, Health and Fitness Equipment, IT Services, Facilities Management Services as well as Capital Projects across a wide range of industries.As the principal consultant responsible for all procurement related projects within Resolve, I have a proven track record of successfully implementing projects for both the public and private sectors covering a wide range of procurement related tools including; Strategic Sourcing, Spend Analysis, Tender Management, Development of Training Manuals as well as Analysis and Re-design of processes and policies.

My expertise lies in global supplier management, fulfilment strategies, and food quality and safety, where I skilfully combine operational requirements with innovationI have successfully established several warehousing projects and managed complex inbound systems and Vendor Managed Inventories (VMIs) on a global scale.
